QUESTIONS

Everything worth knowing before a piece goes on your wall.

The Work

How is each piece made?

Every piece is designed in my Berlin studio and produced on 5 mm translucent acrylic glass. Nothing is mass produced, and no two pieces are ever perfectly identical.

Will the colours look exactly like on screen?
Do I need a frame?

Size, Hanging & Care

Which size should I choose?

Two ways to settle it. See it on your wall — any work, any size, held at actual scale through your phone. Or mark the outline with tape before you order; it takes two minutes. As a rule a single piece sits well at around two thirds the width of the furniture beneath it. Every product page lists all available sizes.

How do I hang and power a lightbox?
How do I clean and care for the surface?
Can I order a custom size or colour?

Ordering, Shipping & Payment

How long until my piece arrives?

Every piece is produced individually, so allow 3–5 working days before dispatch. A lightbox takes around two weeks.

Shipping then takes 1–3 working days within Germany, 2–5 to Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands, and 3–8 across the rest of the EU. Overseas takes longer. You get a tracking link as soon as the piece is on its way.

What does shipping cost?
Which payment methods can I use?
Will there be customs charges outside the EU?

After the Purchase

Can I return my piece?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery and without giving a reason. Every piece here is a catalogue work rather than a personal commission, so the full statutory right of withdrawal applies. Return shipping is at your cost. The formal details are in the Widerrufsbelehrung.
