Return policy
You can return the received goods without giving a reason within 14 days by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods. You can only declare the return of goods that cannot be sent as a parcel (e.g. bulky goods) by requesting the return of the goods in text form. The timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, the return is at our expense and risk.

In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. Installation is very simple: The box can be easily hung on nails or screws in the wall through two holes on its back. Then, simply plug the box into a power outlet.
